Partnership Process

1. Initial Inquiry

3. Site Visit & Assessment

For property partnerships, we'll conduct a thorough assessment including location analysis, property inspection, and financial modeling.

4. Proposal & Negotiation

We'll present a detailed partnership proposal with financial projections, operational plans, and terms for your review and negotiation.

5. Agreement & Launch

Once aligned, we'll finalize legal agreements and begin the onboarding process—typically 2-6 months from preparation to official launch.
